Equity One purchased taxes of the bulding where I have condo,becasue other owners

didn't pay their taxes? I purchase the unit in fall of 2008, two times I was trying to finish closing and eventually third time Sealer's bank paid for his taxes because he wasn't paying them since 2006. After his bank paid about $5000 of taxes, everything was clear to finish closing. Yesterday I got a letter from my management and rental company that company Equity One bought taxes of entire building which is around $49.500.00. In the letter was said:" As you remember at closing, the developer gave you credit
for taxes;however, the association was not able to gather the necessary funds to pay the taxes since 80% of the owners have not paid the prorated amount.Related to this building must pay $49.483.91 plus late fees, penalties, etc.If the taxes are not paid in full amount by August 31, 2010 the title of the entire building will go to Equity One and you will lose your unit.It is vitally important that we raise the funds to pay of the tax bill as soon as possible before due date said my building management company". What to do in this case about this.I paid 20% down already for my condo and Sealer's' taxes are paid off from his bank...What to do in this situation and how will this effect me, am i going to lose my unite or.....
