I just saw "Marge vs. The Monorail" and he do say like that in one of the scenes. Maybe it could be that scene you are looking for? It is in season 4 and it's episode 12.

The scene goes something like this:

Homer: Am i turning you on?
Marge: No
Homer ('sexy' voice): What if I talk like this?
Marge: Goodnight Homer
Homer: What if I sing to you?
I gave my love a chicken, it had no bone
mmmm Chicken. (hehe :))
 
I was wondering if anyone could help. Trying to find out which episode my favourite homer moment comes from. He's trying to talk Marge into doing something, and he says in what he thinks is a sexy voice 'What if i talk like this'.
Any help much appreciated
