Epic Trade involving AP and Gates WWYD?

Its a standard 12 team league

My Team:
QB: Shaub,
RB: AP, LT, Best
WR: Austin, Harvin, S. Moss
TE: Davis, A. Hernandez

His Team:
QB: Vick, Fitz, Palmer
RB: Gore, Turner, Blount
WR: Wayne, A. Johnson
TE: Gates

I am geting offered Vick, Gates, and Gore for Schaub, AP, and V.Davis.

This is quite the trade considering the players involved. And we are both tied for first so I was wondering if there was an angle I wasn't seeing.
