Epic Movie

Hello all. Has anybody seen this movie at all? I went to see it yesterday with mates and must say it was quite a bad movie. Only a few parts in the film made me chuckle, but the majority of the movie i just found really stupid and childish and it failed to make me laugh, i don't think it helped as most of the movie resolved taking the mick out of Narnia, and i haven't seen that movie.

Is anybody else going to see this movie? Or if you've seen this movie, what did you think?

We were going to see Hot Fuzz but we were missing the film when we got there, so chose Epic Movie instead, i wish i'd seen Hot Fuzz though. :(

I took my two girls aged 8 (almost 9) and 11 to see this film yesterday and they both thought it was the funniest thing they'd ever see - they laughed a lot, and can't stop talking about their favourite bits. It helps that they've seen most of the originals that are spoofed.

So if you've got children this sort of age I'd recommend it, although it's a little rude in places and there's one use of an f-word.

I must admit I enjoyed it too, but my tastes are rather juvenile. It sagged a bit when the Narnia business went on for too long, but most films do have a boring bit in my experience.

It was our most successful cinema trip since She's The Man - and we didn't even intend to see it. We sat through the first half an hour of Dreamgirls and were getting fed up so left that film and asked the management if we could see something else instead - I'm so glad we switched!

Is it any good for like 14 year old's who are going to see it with their parents? :o If it's anything sexual in it, then I will just get embarrassed in front of them. :(

I was watching Broke Back Mountain with them a while back in the house and it got me all embarrassed so I ended up going to bed early. :o
