Hi, I sent an envelope with a gift to a friend in Taiwan. I went to the US Post Office and filled out the custom forms that the lady gave me, then she charged me 98cent. Then today I check my mail and I see my envelope there saying "RETURN FOR ADDITIONAL _20cent_POSTAGE NON STANDARD SIZE ENVELOPE".
Should I just add 20 cent myself to the envelope and mail it, or do I have to go to the Post Office again just because they messed up?
