Env Touch/Verizon Question PLEASE HELP!!!?

I really REALLY want the Env Touch but Verizon charges an additional $10 monthly fee for internet which I don't wanna pay, is there any way around this? Is this one of those phones that can be prepaid? HELP PLEASE!!
