Hi I am currently a 19 year old college student majoring at a technical college in Texas on Digital Forensics. It's an Associate of Applied Science Degree so it's a two year program. I am heading for my third semester this summer and plan on graduating in April 2012.

I am ddoing good in all my classes and I am expecting a bright future. However, I don't know where I am going to go after college. I plan on using my degree of course but how and where to start?
Are there any entry level jobs? Where do I look? How do I start? Do I can in contact in law firms or police departments or other related departments in the criminal justice and information security field?

I want to work for the FBI someday. But that is a long way to go. I know I need experience, years of experience that is and a lots of qualifications and requirements I need to meet but I am up for it. What are your suggestions?
How do I go into the Digtal Forensics field at an entry-level?

As a career coach If I were in your shoes I would try to find someone maybe at the police department or FBI who is doing what you want to do and ask them those questions you have above. Then have a lunch with them and make them a mentor or a contact.
