I had a call from my family doctor, and one of his nurses said that I need to see a specialist because I need to get the enlarged nodule removed. My question is, what is the probability that the nodule is cancerous? They found the enlarged nodule in my left underarm, and this was found through a ultrasound. My physician saw it, and before I had the ultrasound done, he told me that it was not cancerous because it was not hard in texture, but I am still scared. Could it be cancerous?
