Enhance programming online...lose NHL Centre Ice

Just a heads up. This has happened to me a couple of times over the years and should have known better. I used the Enhance Programming feature on Bell.ca this morning and while it added the channels I ordered, I lost my NHL Centre Ice Channels. This had already happened previous years and had hoped they had fixed the obvious problem. My first call to technical assistance (in India) insisted that I had cancelled the channels and would have to sacrifice Centre Ice to get my new programming. He kept trying to sell me more channels. I tried a second time and pressed 2 for French, and got a very helpful CSR who just reactivated my NHLCI channels. Hopefully I won
 
Sorry, to say, this has been reported numerous times.

Personally, I have little faith in the online capabilities of the Bell web site and always call in for everything. It make take longer, and sometimes numerous calls, but at least someone has to listen :)
