'Enhance Programming' link dead?

Is it just me, or is the 'Enhance Programming' link dead? It hangs in both FF and IE. In FF, seems to hangs showing sales.liveperson.net and IE6 has nothing in the status bar. Sometimes a 'Continue' button shows up instead.

I can get to sales.liveperson.net fine separately though.
 
After a long delay, I get a server error with almost all links on the 'my Bell ExpressVu Programming' page. It's been that way for some time.
 
this page never seems to work. others on here said they have used it but the few times i tried, it always has an error.
it ticks me off because i really dont want to have to talk to customer service
 
I find that it never seems to work in Firefox. I've had it work once in IE7 before, and the channels came up right away with no problems.
