to anyone needing help with English, maybe this can help. I decided to tape serious convos i have with my friend. She's got some serious verbal skills and in this last chat we had, she was really constructing some hardcore word processing in her arguments she was throwing back at me. I thought it makes her talking sessions worth taping and can be used almost like how reading is used in building up your verbal skills.
