what to do?

As a senior in high school, I still cannot decide exactly where I want to go to college for engineering. MY GPA is around a B and I scored a 1750 total (590 math, 590 reading and 570 writing) on the SATs.
So far I have been accepted to Central Connecticut state University, University of Hartford (with 14000 scholarship), and West Hartford campus at Uconn. My current idea is to attend Uhart and see what it is like and then either try for Uconn's main campus or stay at Uhart.
The problem is that I do not know If I can do better or if the colleges I applied to are at my level. I want to try and work for NASA someday, and if that doesn't work then try for a job in civil engineering. If anyone has any tips for a good college and/or classes to take to get looked at for a NASA job then it would be greatly appreciated.
