In an effort to increase my chances to go to Caltech, I want to go to an engineering camp during the summer. I was told that some of them cost money, so my budget is $300.
The preceding plan is for the summer after the next. This summer, I need/want to learn computer programming and related sciences. I already know some BASIC and a minuscule amount of Java as well as styling languages such as HTML and CSS.
Question: Where are the engineering camps located and what other programming languages should I attempt to leanr over the summer? JavaScript is also on my mind to learn.
