...out when engine was on; ? Hi everybody,
my dad's Integra 94 RS 4dr was having problem. When the car is parked, engine revs up and down and you can see it at the RPM meter going up and down at the same frequency. I am thinking if this has anything to do with air in the cooling system but don't know how to bleed the air out of the radiator.
But what my dad did was that he pulled one of the spark plug cables out while the car was on and then he put it back but the car died and won't start now. The starter is engaging but just can't start. I have already bought and replaced the spark plug but doesn't help. So what could be the problem?
