I would like to swap engines between a 1999 Jeep Cherokee classic sport 4 door wagon (4.0 L, 6 cyl) and a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4 door wagon (4.0L, 6 cyl, 2WD).
How doable is this? I am not sure if the 99 Jeep is a 4WD or a 2WD, would that make a difference for the engine swap? Approximately how much would this cost in labor?
