My engine service light came on my 2006 Ford Fusion it had came on about 5 months ago and turn off by itself. The light came back on this past weekend while I was driving anyone have any ideas what this could be? And if it's too much to get it repaired?

My battery is also acting up this morning my car wouldn’t turn on this is the second time this happens. And I didn’t leave anything on for the battery to drain out could this have anything to do with the code that's showing up on my car? Or could it be that I just need a new battery?
