Engine problem with a 1994 Buick Century?

Last summer, my car started acting strange; it tends to die when stopped, such as in traffic, or at a stoplight or stop sign. This happens after it has been running for about 20+ minutes, and only occurs when the humidity is high, and/or the temperature is about 85 degrees or more. It is slightly more likely to do this if the A/C is on, but it will still do it if it is not on. The engine temperature is good every time it happens, so it doesn't appear to be overheating (unless that sensor is broken).
