Engine oil recommendation for a 1990 Acura Integra race car?

I race a 1990 Acura Integra dirt track race car and was wondering what synthetic oil weight would be best for the car. The car doesn't run in cold weather conditions and is revved very high (6,500 RPM) for most of the race (5 miles). What engine oil weight do you recommend for these conditions? Thank you very much =)
