engine misfire 1999 honda civic cylinder 1.2?

Hey i have 1999 honda civic DX D16y7 and it keeps throwing the code engine misfire cylinder 1,2 and it jerks when i start to give it gas and if iam at a low RPM and ive replaced the plugs and cap and rotor button and it still dose it and now it dose it when i first crank it up in the mornings
