Engine light with 2003 dodge neon?

i recently had my fuel module assembly replaced and my wires and plugs. a little while after my engine light started blinking when i'm at a stop. i had the mechanic check through my entire car and said i just needed what i had done and that was it. any ideas why my engine light is blinking? should i go back to the mechanic and ask them why this has started AFTER i brought this into them???
 
I'd start off with getting a free scan performed either by a parts store or shop and then go by the code or codes you have and get more then one opinion about the possible causes etc.
