engine cannot start after install the timming bell?

i replaced the timming bell and the spark plugs, the engine cannot start, i checked for all the timming mark they are ok, but the spark plugs wire i didn;t check is there a fire or not,,, and all the wires and connectors they are all ok,,, what else out there i would check for thanks,..
