Energy and Environment Week at school...?

I'm in charge of coming up with different activities for a Go Green week at school. For each day, there is a different dress up thing-
Ex: Superhero Day - dress as your own superhero "out to save the environment!"
or Green Day - dress in green

Things like that, I need help, any ideas on what the days can be?
Or any ideas on any projects I could suggest?
