Endocinch procedure

Has any one out there tried the Endocinch procedure (which is done by going down the throat and making stitching/pleats) to close the hole thru which gravity allows the acid to run backwarRAB from the stomach to the throat ?

If anyone has tried this procedure can you give me a report on your results ?
