Endless muse

Near in full nudity
she beams
bosom cloaked
her porcelain poise
in soft billows of shifting silk
she rests
as night furrows
overcast expression
occasionally given over to
sporadic flashing
heat lighting eagerly strobes
as if to offer her encouragement
but modesty keeps
nestle in a bed of dark cotton
while a thwarted rumbles issue
growls of distant disappointment

And, Robert Heinlein said "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress." I think this is remarkably well done and we won't have to hand out explanatory pamphlets, either.
I really like it and am glad I caught it before two days passed and YA let me know you posted.
 
this has nothing to do with what ur asking but i clicked on this question cuz it reminded me of the song endlessly by muse
