I am sick of eDonkey always gettin that the file is corrupted... The DL has been locked on 97.xx% for 4 days, its hoppin between 97.80 and .90 and back again...

I wanna give eMule a go to finish it...

BUT, ther is a vital diff...

eDonkey's file sys:
1.1.part (diff parts with the same size)
1.1.part.met
1.1.part.met.bak

eMule's file sys:
001.part (the entire file in one file)
001.part.met
001.part.met.bak
001.part.met.movie
001.part.stats

Are there any way to get eMule to finish the eDonkey DL?

i think emule and edonkey files are incompatible. Only way I know is to download from edonkey...i think there is a tool which lets you convert the files to emule compatible but i can't remember its name.

does it have "Drop supercompressed blocks"? as an option. If so enable it on the file and it should ban users who repeatedly send corrupt blocks. Hopefully it should keep the useful ones. Not sure if this is in the edonkey version though...it is for e+
