...scorpions. Can HOA pay for a bug guy? Its only the north side of the block that has an infestation problem ( the homes back to Orangewood Ave ). I was told by a neighbor the homes were built where a cow dairy once stood. Can the HOA pay to treat the common areas behind the homes which a ton of scorpions are usually seen on the shared perimeter wall? ( yes i am aware of their benefits but my 1 year old would rather not be stung
