So the company introduced a new restrain , and insit it to be signed by all new workers comming to work.
the restrain is that after leaving this company workers will not join rival company for 12 months.
The company also wrote to old workers saying that from this point the contract will contain the same restrain clause.
so the question is this restrain clause has been validy added to old workers contract?
if yes why?
if it is not valid , why ?
