(This question is in relation to English law)

Which cases say that if a person wears the company's uniform they are an employee? (rather than a worker or self-employed)

I know that Carmichael v National Power Plc mentions something about wearing a uniform.

Can anyone help? I will select the best answer in a few days.

they will attomatically select a best answer in a day if you dont m8 so pick me iyou be my 1st and id say yes you would be a employee if they gave you the uniform to wear yes i think but if you mean you just put a uniform on then ya come an employee without been asked to work maybe not so much lol whats this all about anyway are you tryin to claim a job because ya found a uniform ?? lol im sure if they told you to wear the uniform well then you would be entitled to all the rights off staff ~

I can wear the uniform but until I sign the appropriate papers of being a employee I am not an employee.
