I went through tough time in November and December 2010 with general anxiety. I had sleepless nights, shivering and kind of fear that something may happen to me. I am currently using Ayurveda for the same and seem that January 2011 went quite.
I came across an important alternative healing technique which is 'Emotional Freedom Technique' called in short EFT and gathered lot of material about the same. Thanks to many gurus, most of the material is freely available and plenty of videos.
Though I am planning to attend training in this month, I decided to experiment the same and started the technique last week. I have few questions and could not find them on net..
I know it takes time to completely get rid of stress and anxiety (?).
1. Do we need to tap until SUD becomes zero. I tend to stop after 3 or 4 tappings, start on the same next day.
2. I did EFT yesterday for 20 minutes and could feel the same sort of feeling I went through in November and December. Though it's little scary I want to continue with EFT and like to know whether I continue on my own or wait till I get trained in this month.
3. I also feel it is difficult to get root cause for anxiety and set up statement could not be framed to be the best.
