i currently have a 1986 ford t-bird 4 Cylinder. automatic. my dad wants to raise the rear end 3 inches. i heard from over 5 people it'll throw the front end off. and my dad sure loves to pull the emergency brake quite a bit. if he does it Alot will it wreck the brakes to or is the ford dealership full of shit (pardon my language)

it wont mess with the front to bad, other than tracking, youll probably need it realigned.now weight transfer is another story.itll keep the nose down, not letting the car balance out, affecting handling.remember you have preloaded springs, now aerodynamics have altered the preload and made the front end feel heavier.all fox platforms tend to push the front end anyways, so cornering will be way more agressive, as well as body roll.as for the ol ebrake thing, it wont hurt the brakes, but is hell on tires etc.keep the back of the car 1/2 to 3/4 inch lower than the front and it will drive like a dream.
