Emetophobic, only eating tea and toast?

I have emetophobia, (fear of throwing up), though with me it's fear of being nauseous. On weeks where my anxiety is horrible, I'm usually living off tea, ginger ale, toast, soy butter, rice, and the occasional treat. I know this isn't the best choice as I'm vegan and it can't help my protein levels, but the thought of eating is very scary for me so toast and tea is safe. I'm 5'3 and 114 pounds. Is this okay for me to do:/?
