A day or so ago I dropped my Samsung Gloss on the floor..when I picked it back up the screen had gone completely white and it won't let me use it at all. I tried taking the battery out, putting it back in, charging it, etc. but nothing works. Sometimes the very front screen (the little square on the front of the phone) will work, showing me the time, if I have any messages, the battery power, etc. but nothing else.
I'm going to get a replacement phone tomorrow, but my biggest concern is whether or not it's likely they will be able to recover my contacts from the phone.

Well, I know my company uses a machine, because in the past when I have gone to renew my contract and get a new phone, they took both phones to their machine to go through the process. I'm just afraid it won't work because the phone is broken.
