Our entire parking lot is ice. I pulled in and my spot is on an incline. I have a front wheel drive vehicle. When I put the van in park it slide backwards so I pushed on the brake pedal. At this point in time, I tried pushing down the pedal on the left which is my Emergency brake and it wont set. It was just elastic kind of and came right back up. It wouldnt set on and now my regular brake pedal is going almost to the floor. Is this because I am parked on the ice? Will it fix on it's on the next time I am driving? I'm no car expert so I have no idea if this happened because the van slide while in park or what. Someone help me!?
