EMERGANCY! Is it possible to reboot Sanyo Incognito without it??!?!?!?!?

My Sanyo Incognito was stolen, it has private info and whatnot on it. I know a friend was able to have some people at metro reboot his old motorola once without him or them even touching it (it was handled over the phone) is there a way to do this with my stolen phone so the theives dont get my private info? Please help! I already talked to the boost people and whatnot but they werent very helpful. Please no rude comments im already horribly upset, please please help if you know anything!!!! Thanks so much
