Emancipation laws... I want to move out!!?

I live with my mother with no contact to "the sperm donor" and last night my mother took it a little to far...

My mother was drunk last night, and she was way past ignorant. My mother smacked me twice in the face last night all because i had no idea where her cell phone was, reminder this was at 4 am... plus on top of her rasing her hand to me she yelling at me to listen to her and sleep in her bed, ehn i asked her why she said because i had to listen, i said no and she said she would ground me a month.

I have a job, and a car and a place to live (my boyfriends).. i'm 17 and i want to get out. I have always wanted to move out early at 18 so why could i not move out now?!

Can i move out at 17 in missouri??

you can live with me. i'm really good looking, but you have to wait until your 18. are you a cute trashy white girl from MO with stretchy flare jeans and white k-swiss sneakers? then heck yeah!

i'm just kidding btw. yes you should move out and no you don't need to be 18. you can move out to your bfs house now.
 
In Missouri, you are an 'adult' under the law at age 17. You can be charged with a crime in State Court (instead of Juvenile Court) so you can't be a "runaway" at 17.

Your mom could list you as a missing person, but the police couldn't (and wouldn't) make you go back when they found you.
