email html file from pc?

To correctly answer your question I would need to know which mail client you are using. I am guessing that you are using a web client. In google mail for example, you would click the "Attach a file" link (the one with the clip icon) when you are un "Compose Mail".

how can I email an html file that is stored on my pc (not on a server)?
