Email Address Ideas

I just feel like getting a new email, as I've had my old one for two years. I'm using Hotmail, so I can still use Windows Live Messenger. Since I'm such a nerd, it must be named after a person, place, or thing from a cartoon. Got any ideas?

Use a particular phrase or line from a cartoon that you like.
For example, something like:
RadioactiveRubberPants@hotmail (Invader Zim)

It would also spare you from having a similar address to someone else and adding in random numbers.

If you pick a character/thing that sounds reasonably normal, you could pass your email off as being semi-respectful. When I first got my email, we weren't supposed to use something that could identify us in the real world. Recently, when I had to give my email to a teacher (it was similar to my username), I was told "that's garbage". Humph.

Enough ranting. I suggest something from Lion King. Everybody loves Lion King. You could get something neat out of it.

Well it's true. You don't want a silly cartoon character-based email address on your resume slowing you down when you go for a job interview.

Well, I personally believe that all this resume hoolah undermines the applicant. You wouldn't decline people because they have an unusual name, why should you decline people with an unusual email? I think email names show creativity. People want to see creativity and original thinking yet the resume process isn't very unique. Everybody knows what one looks like without even having to read it.

(Sorry if I sound argumentative. I have to sort through and file oodles of curriculum vitae at work and they all are so similar.)
