I have an emachines monitor. On the side there are these buttons, but the only one that seems to work 'at all' is the menu button. I ihave to hold it down in order to get the freakin menu off of my screen. But when I take my finger off, it comes up flashing again.
I can't get into the menu with my mouse, but the buttons that control the menu aren't working either.
Desperately, I tried to use tape to hold the button down so the menu wouldn't flash anymore (I know I'm pathetic) but it doesn't work.
Any advice would be helpful. I really want to avoid taking it to a computer doctor and I don't want to buy a new monitor.
