I have a treadmil at home and im going to start using it about 4 x a week now (20m run and 10 m walk on steepest incline). I would really like to further tone my legs, so im torn between an elyptical machine or a stationary bike. Which would tone my legs faster? I dont want to bulk them up, just tone my whole thighs, inner and outter.

Also, if i job for 20 mins no incline and walk at a steep uphil incline for 10 mins a day, 4 x a week when would i start seeing results in my legs? Also, if i was to add in a 15 min cycle or elyptical workout?
