I just road my exercises bike for the first time. 40min, 8miles. I'm not really feeling much? I thought my legs would be really sore after. Given I just got off 10 min ago. But still. Are elliptical machines better then bikes? I really HATE treadmill so if they are a lot of those then I probably wont use it much.
Any advice?
I don't have a lot of time to go outside and walk, I can usually get out there once a day and walk between 1.5-2 miles with the dogs but that's it.
My goal is to tone my legs, I store all my fat there so I'd like to loose fat there as well as tone them.
