Electronics Question!!!?
Lets say you bring a psp to russia and you are from canada lets say you want to charge your psp in russia will it charge when you try to plug it in will be the wire when you plug it in work
 
Nope..... Here in the USA and Canada our power system operates on 60 Hertz..... In Russia they are on 50 Hertz.... Also there outlet plugs are different and I think they are 240 volts... Unlike the 120 volts we have at the wall outlet here in North America.....
