But I suspect you are asking about AC mains voltage, which in russia is 240 volts 50 Hz, and in Canada, it is 120 volts 60 Hz.
Check the documentation for the PSP, most small appliances will operate over a wide range of mains voltage, and this should be listed. It will say something like "100 to 250 VAC 50/60Hz", and in that case you just need a plug adaptor, available in drug stores and many other places.
