Electronics question, balance conditions?

with Z1=R1 , Z2=R2+iwL2 , Z3=R3 , Z4=R4+iwL4

show that the two balance conditions are :

1. R1/R2 = R3/R4
2. R1/L2 = R3/L4

I'll settle for what a balance condition is and how to find it?
