Electrolytic capacitors in electronics got submerged in flood water, will

they still work as rated? My home got flooded in. I had most of my electronic power bricks (on the floor) unplugged but found them soaked under water.
I have opened these up and dried them.
The only components im concerned about are the electrolytic capacitors. These are supposed to have electrolytes inside and are sealed. But the flood lasted a day and i dont know if the seals are up to the task of preventing outside water from coming in and screwing up the solution.

Anyone have experience on this? Can these capacitors survive being submerged in water for some time?

BTW. Please dont leave answers about not opening sealed power bricks...i understand the pros and cons on this.

Electrolytic capacitors are water proof sealed, No problem it will work with same value, if it is dried properly.(do not use hot air for drying)
