electrician needed to make my belling oven work again?

i have a belling double oven, the switch to the main oven broke so i replaced it, but like a dodo i have wired it up wrong. the fan comes on but the oven does not heat up. i don't want to fiddle around too much just in case i blow it up. diagram below showing turning prong at the top and wires facing towards you.
