Every time I turn my car on the AC and radio are reset, if I have a door open its off, so I have to reset my radio pre-sets everytime I go into my car. When I open a door the radio/AC resets again, also when I'm driving my car feels as if it's not shifting well when I push some gas into it. I don't floor it but when I do it a little it has problems. Can anyone help out this Buick owner?

-Got a new battery back in 09/09, unfortunately I can't purchase a car at the moment, junking it would be the last thing on my mind.
