I'm having electrical problems. Almost every time I use a blinker or the brake lights or the headlights, the power fluctuates.
For instance, when I turn the headlights ON, the power meter flickers back and forth. When I turn them OFF, the power comes back up to almost normal.
If I push on my brakes, the power fluctuates and the engine revs up.
I don't know if this might be a relay or what's going on??
Whatever it is, is pretty much killing my battery. Had to jump it twice yesterday, twice today. Am going to replace it and disconnect it every time it's not running, but other than that, I don't know what to do.
My battery was purchased in May (2 months ago) and I'm pretty sure it's not the alternator as I replaced that about a year ago.
The starter was also replaced pretty recently - in May of this year.
Anyone have any ideas?? I am at a loss!! Have been looking through my Haynes guide, but am having no luck and thought someone may have had this problem before and might have an idea of what I could try??
