I had an accessory wire under my dash which shorted out, the ignition relay, starter relay fuse under the hood blew. I replaced the fuse and starter relay. All other fuses are good, not sure about the other relays. The cars electronics work- lights, radio, horn, etc. but will not turn over. what else could it be?
