Electrical issue with '97 Ford F150?

When shutting off vehicle the battery drains completely within minutes. Sometimes when you turn off the ignition, the blower motor for the heater still runs. When driving, the 4x4 light flashes off and on, but does not engage the 4x4. Sometimes when shutting off the vehicle, there is a buzzing sound coming from under the dash on the passenger-side. Sometimes when driving the speedometer goes from working to not, back and forth. The electric windows also work on and off as does the windshield wipers. I had it into a shop, for 4 days checking for electrical problems and could find out nothing. If anyone has had a similar problem or any ideas on the cause of these issues. I'd appreciate some feedback on this.

Since it is happening everywhere within the car, I suggest you check the source(Battery). The battery might seem good to you but... Check the year, if it is about 5 years old and it is not made with Titanium material, then I suggest you get a new battery, if it is a Titanium battery it should last you about 10 years. But if that amount of time has passed already, just get a new battery.
Although that is just extra info for you, check if the battery is dirty. Believe it or not, batteries tend to discharge themselves through dirt on the battery itself. Check your terminals for oxidized sections, maybe the plates are bad or it needs new electrolyte. Does it have a hold down? Bumps might make the battery hit on the hood and ground itself.
There could be alot happening. Since it is happening everywhere on the system, go to the source. And just in case, check the fuse box.

The only thing I can think of is corroded wires somewhere. I would start with fuse box. Try to swap both fuse boxes from junk yard. check the harnesses and the fusible links for shorts or/and corrosion. It could also be the ECM.
Good luck
