a 4 year university? I am really confused about what road to take. The more i read up on this the more confused i get. I"ve had several meetings with ITT and a local college but i am worried that there opinions are biased because they both want my money. My question boils down to what employers look for when hiring an E and E Engineer and what they look for when they are looking for an employee to advance? Does an employer prefer that you went to a 4 year school or do they prefer that you went to a technical school which will be more hands on? Also should i be worried of an employer telling me that in order for me to advance i have to go and get a masters or more schooling; is this concern even a factor. I know that ITT's highest level of education is a bachelors so i am worried that i would be out of luck when it comes to advancement. Thank you to anybody who can give me some unbiased advice and if you are working in this field and you can give me some advice, i will be very, very greatful. Thanks again.
